Both breast and nipple pain and needling
I am 27 year old I am having nipple pain from last one and half month.it is continuous I consult many doctors but they said it is psychological because it comes everyday...I am already OCD patient and having fear of cancer now..also done Breast USD but reports are normal...pain is in both nipple but severe in right breast also I am having pcod...please suggest wat to do..

For nipple pain you can take Capsule Primosa 1000 mg once a day for three months

Do a breast self examination for any lumps or tender spots every month do mammogram or ultrasound breast and bilateral axilla every year.
Sometimes fungal infection of nipples can also cause pricking pain on nipples so you can apply Candid B ointment on nipples twice a day after taking bath and at bedtime if you are not breast feeding your baby . Take Tablet Ketoconazole 200 mg twice a day for 5 days if you are not pregnant dear
