Start with atarax 25 mg at night.....blood sugar need adequate control.....to rule out gall bladder pathology by doing usg abdomen and LFT...also hepatitisB/C screen

Usually in diabetics dry skin is possible....try using coconut oil in the night.....for 7-10 days...if problem persists kindly consult a dermatologist.
