Ya its urinary tract infection..get urine culture done prior starting antibiotics for same..also plz check on the renal functions if its re current culture is must . to see organism and antibiotic sensitivity..can take Norflox/Levoflox/or augmentin. Drink plenty of water..if repeat infection get gynac consult also..

eGFR as creatinine is high with pus cells in urine....do culture of urine and blood sugar with BP check to evaluate tge target organ kidney damage and treat tge infections
