Hello Take her to a near by dentist , if no pain and small discolouration then composite for front teeth and gic or composite fillings can be done for back teeth . This is painless But if there is pain then pulpotomy or pulpectomy needed to be done depends upon the extend of brown discolouration. This will be done under anaesthesia. Above treatments will be carried under sedation since PT is 1 year old and ll not cooperate .
Next Steps
Kindly stop feeding her milk with bottle at nights , but still if she is adamant then do not mix sugar in it. After treatment, it is better to go for fluoride applications at every 6 months, this is precautionary that ll not allow further caries.
