Bottom penile shaft is getting white
The bottom part of my penis has a fairer skin tone and swelling in bottom part but on the left bottom side swelling is more. And in that fairer part i feel small papules on touching and i dont feel sexual feeling when i touch that fairer part which is mostly on my left penile shaft. And muscle on the left shaft does feel like tight even when it is not erect, coz it does not pressed easily as compared to right shaft part and penis is also slightly bent towards left side.. Plz tell i am worried since i dont get any sexual excitement on touching that fairer skin part. See the image

It can be peyronie disease. Whiteness may be due to some medicine you applied
