Hi.. Bow legs problem is due to faulty loading of the lower body... It is actually a reaction and adaptation process of lower body to bear load.. It is caused mainly due to weakness of lower body musculature especially butt muscle weakness and supporting muscle compensation.. leading to faulty mechanical deformation in bone. I recommend you to start working on the lower body strength and stability.. you will prevent it from getting worsened up... And slight bending is normal so don't worry... Keep strengthening your lower body.. Revert back to me in case you need any more assistance in this regard..
