Plz tell me...im 20...mild bowlegs...what is more important...braces or exercises like pilates and stretching...to correct legs...?...i have read that braces are preferable fie small child when they r growing..?

Yeah exercises will work.. Pilates is a good option go for it n stretchings are must for correction.. Braces will even help... Night splits are there can go for that too..
