BP 170/110 in the Morning
Namaste Doc.
Yesterday when I was working in hospital ( I do cleaning work) I felt very tired and called staff nurse and asked her to check my BP She said it is 170/100(Mercury machine). I was doing some cleaning work in hospital for last 1 to 1 1/2 hours and feeling very tired from two days. Later aft resting for 1/2 an hour it shows 150/90 . After two hours doing normal work like walking here and there took check up it shown 137/87. Today again I took checked and today it is like 135/90. I m not understanding y it was very high yesterday morning. And past few days m drinking over the limits. BP machine was same everytime. Plz do advice me what is wrong.

It could be a fluctuation due to anxiety or possible high bp. Keep checking your bp regularly and show a md general physician in your hospital...It required he may start medication after monitoring your bp.
