My mom feel head spinning as she woke up in morning we test her bp it was 180/100 Suddenly she take her medicines also she felt nausea. What should we do.

Kindly Show to s local physician with your BP monitoring record and medication details. The medication bmay need to be changed if BP is always and to rule out any other issues
