Bp increases at night anf heart rate too
Between 1:30 to 2 I wake up racing hear and elevated blood pressure many a times whenever I eat something heavey sometimes not even heavy.
Can gastric problem cause this, can this cause dizziness or headache ?

Palpitations can be due to gerd, also dizziness and headache can be signs of gerd. But have your eye check up 1st for headache. Eat tablet sompraz bd for 2 weeks and see.
