BP problem
I have been visit a free camp in my club two times in a month and found my BP was 160/90. What should I do?

Dear patient, U should check your BP thrice a day for 10 days or check in 24hours every 2hours, the average can be shown to a doctor for further investigation just one or two times a month if the BP is high, it doesn't mean that you have hypertension, but you should check for it to be completely sure

As Dr Bishwa P Mishra mentioned, blood pressure variation is confirmed by doing observations... As blood pressure varies according to your activity, food, sleep, hunger et c. everything in life... it is normal... But if any health issues associated and the blood pressure variation is also seen then can conclude..
