Bp related issue
My mother's initial bp was 200/100
After medication it came down to 140/80
She consumes a medicine called Olmesar A40
But again today her bp goes to 150/90 besides there is pain in head with buzzling and hissing in ear
What can be the reason ?
What would be your suggestion?
Is this anything vital or a life threatening issue?
Her age is 50 and weight is 78 kg approximately

Single reading of 150 doesn't matter. If her bp is consistently more than 140 u need to visit a cardiologist for optimisation of her treatment.

BP still need to reduced slightly, can add beta blocker group or hydrochlorthiazide, needs cardiac evaluation with stress echo, consult cardiologist
