What you are experiencing is an orthodontic relapse.
Such a case happens because of many factors, some common factors being lack of using retainer or proper application of it.
Lack of proper positioning of teeth in something called the 'neutral zone', which means your teeth should be in between the balance of forces from lips, cheeks and tongue.
Poor maintenance of oral hygiene that could lead to gum disease weakening the teeth.
Take precautions, biting hard to chew food from the site's your teeth and getting damaged in order to avoid further deterioration.
You deserve the best orthodontic results as it's a time investing procedure. An orthodontist should not only improve your bite but even your smile and facial harmony.

Hello mam, you are required to use retainer after braces, if not used it may lead to further gaps. I would advise you to visit your dentist for the better understanding of your condition and get it treated.
You might be having some habit, high frenum attachment, treatment left incomplete, retainer not used properly or you needed permanent retainer.
Visit MDS orthodontist for clinical examination.
Hi,

Health Tips
When the relapse is significant enough we may recommend orthodontic re-treatment. This could include your traditional metal braces, ceramic braces or Invisalign(clear aligners).
There can be multiple reasons for this happening.
1. If rthodontic treatment was left incomplete or not followed up at doctor prescribed intervals regularly.
2. If removable retainers were given and were not worn for the duration advised , relapse might occur and gaps become visible.
3. If any other tooth was damaged/removed and not replaced or attended to in the past 6 years it can be an aggrrevating factor.
4. Regualr clean up visits not done or any gum disease developed in past 6 years and not treated can cause wrak gums and in turn tooth spaces developing.
5. Orthodontic treatment no carried out properly.
Best would be do get a thorough orthodontic evaluation with xrays by an orthodontist to understand and find solution to your problem.
All the best.
