Braces off., gaps appearing, no retainer
I ot my braces off 6 days ago, i have a glued wire on my top and bottom teeth. My plate is due to come in tomorrow (1week since braces off). I have to go in to get my retainer on friday (3 more days). Since them I've noticed a small gap in between my front teeth, small gap on a tooth next to my front tooth. My back molars were sore since the first day but now i've noticed my front teeth are very sore when I bite. My ortho has no appointments, will my teeth be fine by friday? treatment for gap?

You cannot do anything about your gap on your own till you see the orthodontist. If your teeth are very sore you can take a painkiller like dolo 650 . Wait for your appointment till Friday, you should be ok
