Braces problems
Is it really helpful to keep braces because I have already used braces but then after few months there are gaps between the teeth

yes it is helpful.... in most of the orthodontic cases relapse is common, which will lead to gaps once ur done with ur braces treatment ,u need wear the retainers atleast for a period of 6months,it may be removable or fixed retainers. consult ur orthodontist at the earliest.

Madam they will give retainer and you are suppose to use that for particular time and periodic visit to your dentist is important and if necessary they will advice for fixed retainers so discuss with your doc once

Hello. After braces treatment is complete, a fixed or removable retainer must be worn to prevent relapse. Meet with an orthodontist  at the earliest to avoid further gaps between teeth. Happy to help. Dr Zankhana Mody Mohile
