Brachial plexus.. c5,c6 nerve injury..
I had bike accident before 3 years. In that c5 and c6 nerve injured. I had surgery for same before 2.5 year. After surgery I joined physiotherapy center. Now m doing excercise at home. Still it is not fully recovered. What should I do. Should I continue do the excercises or join physiotherapy center again.

Consult with surgeon who has operated you, some nerve injuries don't recover completely. Ask if any more recovery really possible or not. I don't think physiotherapy will help you improve much, still some improvement always possible. There is a test called EMG-NCV to see recovery or nerves and muscles. from this test we can predict if you have recovered or not and if any further recovery expected or not
