Assuming the ulcer you are referring to is a gastric ulcer, i think you should consult a ENT specialist and also a specialist opinion from a general surgeon. And as far as i know i would like to advise the following: 1.Eat small meals divided for more than times a day 2.Consume cold milk if you can/dont have allergy to milk 3.Do not sleep immediately after meals. 4.consume your food atleast 2 hours before you sleep 5.eat well sleep well and stay calm, don't take tension. 6.if the symptoms persist you can take syrup sucralfate 2teaspoon two times a day. 7.for throat pain i recommend you do salt water gargling, consume thick soups, and warm foods and water. If it doesnt go even after that for 2 days consult ent doctor

Hi You might be having pharyngitis or tonsillitis which can be concluded on examination ... It is generally associated with mild to moderate grade of fever which will be associated with generalised body ache.... Not every pain is secondary to malignancy ..... Know about medical conditions but donot always imagine in yourself.... Consult physician if severe....
