I had a migraine attack , but after that my brain doesn't seem to function as efficiently as it used to be before, so is this a normal case, or I need to worry about it.

Hello....... You have to explain symptoms, but you are telling your feeling.. Conclusion is not possible without knowing symptoms. With severe headache anyone would loose the balance of mind.. Moreover migraine is chronic problem.. Kindly repost query with specific problem...
