Brain swelling dueto Tuberculosis Infect
After seeing MRI & EEG reports doctor said that it is:- A well defined ring enhancing lesion is seen in the left thalamic region is to hypointense core on T2 & FLAIR with T2 Hyperintense rim. The lesion shows peripheral Restriction on diffusion weighted images.
The lesion measures approx 15x15x14 mm(APxTRx CC). Please advise best possible treatment

A stereotactic biopsy of the lesion is necessary to obtain histopathological diagnosis. Treatment can be then initiated.
