My breast is aching i feel a swelling near my nipples can you please advice.the breast has also become very tender ,i have there is no lumps as such

Are you married and giving feeding to the baby.If yes then one reason . Otherwise premenstrual syndrome .Get done serum prolactin level and ultrasonography to know the pathology inside the breast.For details contact online.
