Breast and nipple pain
From last 2 month continue I have breast and nipple pain. On daily basis it comes ad go dr suggest me sonography..I have done it reports are normal...I have also done following tests
1. Vitamin B12- 199
2. Vitamin D3 - 8.3
3.Prolactin - 16.6
Breast sonography is normal
I am taking Evening Primsome oil capsule and Vitamin d3 now. But still I have fear of cancer.Please tell me how many days the pain continue.I am attaching reports for details

The symptoms you are telling pointing towards fibrocystic disease of breast. Only evening primrose oil for three months and vitamin D supplementation is enough. And you have to do self breast examination every month , any unusual feeling you can visit to your doctor.

I would like to know if there is any history of breast cancer in ur family.Atleast the sonography is not showing any mass lesion.The more diagnostic mode for double confirmation is Breast Mammography.Hope u have shown a gynaecologist nearby .if it was required they would have done a physical examination and then tallied the results with ultrasound.Ur vitamin deficiencies need to be treated immediately. The treatment given seems adequate at present takes a little time for pain to reduce.But ur vitamin deficiencies too need to be cured.

Your vit D and vit B12 both are low... You require supplementation for both of these.. Consult a nearby gynaecologist

Take Capsule Evion 400 once a day for three months
Drink lots of water and fruits juices
Avoid caffeinated drinks
Take milk with turmeric at night
Take a boiled egg daily

1. Breast pain or tenderness could be seen in early pregnancy
2. Hormonal changes during menses
You need to see whether your menses are missed.
If menses are regular, then supplement Vit E after consulting a gynecologist.
About the cancer part, cancer is not painful unless in very late stage. But screening by self breast examination once a month after menses is essential.
You need to look for any lump in the breast or abnormal discharge.

Take d sun 60 k iu weekly one tablet chewable for 4 wks
If u have any doubt regarding ur breast pain...better go for fnac test to rule out cancer

Your vit d level is low so your pain threshold is less.. Dont worry about cancer as cancer doesn't cause pain... Its hormonal change
