My friend is having a little lump in her left breast she is feeling lilttle pain when touched she is scared that she is having a breast cancer but there is no changes in her breast as symptoms which I saw in Google please help me out with this .

At this age cancer is very rare. Pain may be due to cystic changes in lump. Better to show general surgeon than gynacologist as gynacologist are not well experience in assessment of breast lump
