What are the things that I should take care of to prevent myself from breast cancer? Earlier a fat lump found in my left breast, after the operation it has been removed. Do I need to visit doctor again ? I don't wear bra after it, is it fine or not ?

Fat lump is not cancerous. You can wear bra of course.

Breast cancer is not related to what you wear ... obesity is one reversible cause....you can undergo annual mammogram after age of 40, if there is no familial risk..
