I think it is breast infection due to child biting while sucking. You need urgent antibiotics to control it , otherwise,it can form abscess. Better you stop Breastfeeding,as 2years is high time to breastfeed. Go to doctor immediately.

Breast pain during feeding of the baby can be because of breast engorgement or it can also be due to mastitis because of infection due to babies gums... since the baby is already 2 years old I suggest that you start weaning the baby and also  you can consult with me directly online as I would like to have few more details or you can see a doctor nearby..

If your breast is paining while breastfeeding you need to consult a gynecologist for a breast examination . This could be due to engorgement of the breast that is when the milk gets locked inside and is unable to come out or it could be an infection. If these are not treated it could result in an abscess which may need operation.  So please see your doctor. I am available for online consultation with practo also
