Asked for Female, 13 Years

I am 13 years old and i have breast lumps in both breast and i notice them 3 months ago and have not noticed any change in size of the lumps and I asked all my friends and they all have it too and I have very small pimple sized soft moveable lump in my armpit too and got it checked by a doctor she said it's nothing to worry about your breasts are developing is this normal

This is fibroadenoma common in young girls.Get done mammogram to know the exact pathology of breast.If more doubt FNAC will confirm the diagnosis.
