  4. Breast lump. I feel pain or not?

Breast lump
I had a breast lump but o Had operate it on 2016.but in the previous week night I saw another two lump.i do biopsy but the report is not so good.what is the solution?can it better to operate?how much timing is needed?after operation wheather I feel pain or not?please tell me details
