  4. Breast lump. By surgery does it cancer?

I had a lump for about 2 months it is painfull and about 2-3 days i had swollen uper arm my hand is painfull i had ultrasound and then fnac biopsy from kanpur regency biopsy proved that it is fibrodenoma of 5 cm and oral medications provided doctor said if i didnt had any relief he will remove it by surgery does it cancer ??
