  4. Breast lump. Hand pain does it cancer?

I have a breast lump 2 months ago about 6 cm it is painfull and i had visit regency hospital kanpur they do ultra sound followed by fnac and fnac prooves that it is fibrodenoma i take oral medication but th problem is same my upper arm got swollen about 2-3 days and i cause hand pain Does it cancer ??
