Milk flow from breast When i got periods when i squeeze milk flows ,and i am only 18years old,so pls help me how i get it out from it

This can happen because of hormone disturbance. Get TSH and prolactin levels done. Further treatment will depend on results. Don’t squeeze breasts, it will aggravate the discharge.
