I have recently delivered a baby boy. But I am not able to give milk for my child. Sometimes milk comes sometimes not.

Usually it take 4_5 days to regularise the milk flow, you have to take a balanced diet and you can also take Shatavari. Attaching baby to brest will also secret the milk.
