Breast milk production
My 7 days old baby is fed breast milk. But it seems I am not producing adequate amount of the same. The milk produced is only about 40-50 ml after every 3 hours. Is this amount sufficient
How much milk does a baby need to be fed and how many times and what is the volume to be fed each time.
If the milk produced is less what can be done to increase the same. Plz suggest a first time mother

I need complete details regarding ur delivery date & is it normal or C section?
Normally I should feed ur baby every 2-3 hrs. Baby sucking will help u to produce more and more milk. So no need to take any medicine.
U should take healthy diet that will help to produce more amount milk and also take calcium supplements. Also.
