Breast pain and soreness
I'm 25yrs old and have son of 3yrs I'm getting pain in my breast before for last 2months and once I get my periods it'll go and next month again the same and no redness r no fluid comes off. What really causes it suddenly?

It's due to hormonal changes in body before menses.
You can take medicine for it. Tab primrose oil od x 10 days prior menses
Wear tight bra
Decrease fluid intake 7 days prior menses
