Can i use dasaangha lepa for nipples pain before period . i use dasangalepa mix with water at night any Ayurveda remidy for breast pain

It's more likely PMS pre menstrual stress symptoms and obvious as well. Engage in routine exercises reduce salt and milk n it's products for heading month and still persists plz be Courageous to consult gynaecologist accompanied with your parents
