I am a 17 yr old. Menstruating from t he age of 8. From past 2 months before my period i experience pain and tenderness in my left breast. At times unbearable.. Is this normal.. Should I visit a doctor?

This is premenstrual syndrome.Avoid water and coffee or tea before menstruation.In   PMS  collection of fluids causes this type of problem.With the advise of doctor use some medicine.
