Breast pain. Have some serious disease!

I am a mother of 2 and have developed a sharp pain around the edge of my right breast.. the pain comes and goes .. I have checked for lumps .. there is a hardened swollen like skin which feels like a bubble which is quite painful if I touch it or press it.. the pain radiates to around the breast but goes away by itself .. I don't have any redness or rash or fever .. I am really worried as have heard a lot of breast cancer .. I was sixteen when I had fibro Edema which was successfully removed.. I had got my memography done last year which was normal .. I have not lost my appetite nor do I have any other glaring issues .. do I have anything serious to worry about as am scared that I may have some serious disease
