Hii m 24 Yrs old unmarried ...are there any yoga and exercises to make my breast small and hard.. they are saggy and big...pls i dnt want to make them bigger bcz some exercises build muscles within that would lift them up but would make bigger than before ...I dnt want to make it bigger pls suggest some exeecise to make tgem smaller because i m also loosing weight so it could get worse !! Pls help.me

Kindly start working on your shoulder, chest and upper back muscles !!! Strengthening these muscles will help toning your breast tissues!! Further you can continue with some whole body flexibility training which will help you avoiding any extra fat on your torso including chest area !! Last but not the least , swimming or aerobics (cardio activities) will further help you reducing fat from and around your breasts!!

Hi, Breast are made up of breast tissues, connective tissues and fat. The way to get a smaller breast is to loose weight. To reduce the size you should focus on adipose/ fat tissues. Normally this is the last one to reduce the size when you loosing weight. High level of Estrogen is also responsible for big breast. If you go for heavy weight training, it will bulk up the muscles and makes you look more muscular. In this case, exercises like aerobics, endurance training program along with strechings will definitely help. Go for more reps with very light weight and also the time of rest between the sets should not be more than 5-8 secs.
Next Steps
Exercises: Jumping jack, push ups/modified pushups, high knee running, lats pull downs, mountain climbers, plank variables, superman exercises are the few exercises which helps in reducing the breast size and also provide toning. For the entire program you need to work with some professional.

Also, use flax seed. It helps in increase the intake of omega 3 and reduces the estrogen levels.
