Hi She is known case of cancer right breast. What was her stage and what is the treatment given Now it’s cancer left breast. She needs further evaluation with Whole body PETCT scan to rule out extend of the disease, lymph nodal status and any distant spread to other organs. Her hormonal receptor status is ER, PR negative and HER2 is positive which indicates she is in higher risk group and prone for distant spread. After seeing her scans then we can decide the modality of treatment. Prognosis and stage depends on the scan reports.
Next Steps
PETCT scan
