Breast soreness
I have very sore breasts and can't sleep on them or even touch them. It started in the left one only first a week ago and now is in both. But the left is more noticeable and that nipple area hurts also.

During period time this is common.
if it occurs nonlinear time also it may be due to increase in female hormones
