I am having 1 month 23 days old baby. His weight gain is as of now is good birth weight was 2935 gms increased now 4450 gms. But he takes long feeds does it due to low milk supply? I have taken lactare capsules and shatavari for 20 days after delivery. Should I start it again also can I replace shatavari with laconic granules as I heard it works better.
