Breastfeeding experience
I have been facing low flow of milk for the past one week. My son is 1 and half month old. My supply was in very good flow for every feed I was feeding even after hour. Feeling of needles when he sucks. But now after one good feed next feed he cry after 10 min of latching.

A BABY AT ONE TIME DOESNOT CONSUME MORE THAN 30 ML OF MILK. SO TRY THIS TEST. ANY TIME IN THE DAY IF EXPRESSING MILK FROM BOTH BREAST IF ITS MORE THAN 30 ML ITS NORMAL. IF STILL U FEEL THAT UR BABY IS HUNGRY U CAN START ON LACTOGEN 1. THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE WRITTEN ON THE BOX.

You should start t.lactimax 3 times a day .and increase coconut intake is benificial

Plz take good healthy high protein diet and lots of fluids. If ur diet is good the milk production vl b good.
