Is it safe to take lipotropic injections while breast feeding I'm want to lose weight but I'm concerned it will harm my baby or my milk supply

Thank you for your question. It is better to wait six months or after you have weaned your baby to attempt anything other than regular exercise and healthy diet to lose weight. This is because breast milk can carry several drugs to the baby. Unless it is widely tested and proven to be safe with breast feeding it is best to avoid it. Best wisjes
