My baby is around 4 months old..His weight is fine according to doctor. He is on breastfeeding bt he is thin. I m asking that to increase his health should I give him other milk..I m worried

If his weight is fine according to a Dr then nothing else need to be done. Just continue exclusive breast feeding upto 6 mo of his age
