Breastfeeding . Need suggestions ASAP
I got my rotten tooth removed today . Doctor gave cap augmentin, voveran, pan d tablets morning and evening. Please suggest whether can i take the above tablets and breast feed ? My daughter cannot sleep without my milk. I must breast feed her for every 2 hours . Kindly please suggest. When to take tablets so that I can breastfed her.

Take capsule Augmentin ad Dolo 650.. One tablet each two times a day after lunch and dinner.. Totally safe fr breast feeding.

Take a normal dolo 650 for pain. Cap augmentin is safe to breastfeed. Give a gap of half and hour between the tablet and feed.

Do not breastfeed just after taking tab....there must be atleast half an hour difference ....

Best would be to take the tablets just after feeding your kid. That way you won’t feed her for next 2-3 hours and by that time the medicine peak concentration in your body would have come down. But there’s not much risk with the meds you take ... except kid may have mild loose stools .. if at all. But unlikely ...
