My nose block from two months and take breath feel pressure on back. I cannot take breath. Sometimes feel like cold

Kindly use flomist nasal spray twice a day 2 puff in each nostril.. Also take tab. Allegra m once a day a bed time for 7 days.. If still no response u have to visit nearest ent specialist.. Thank you
