Breathelessness & much more allergy from
I sometimes feel breathlessness very badly. I saw that in my nose there is something like a piece of muscle is grown so that i am not able to breathe.
And the second problem is that i sometimes feel that when i sit and do some work and then stand up suddenly i feel that my head is spinning.

You seem to be suffering from allergic airway disorder which which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays along with steroid bronchodialator inhalers for long term benefits. You may be looking at hypertropied inferior turbinate inside your nose which is not really abnormal in allergy
