Breathing and movement problems
A 9 years old boy, stated to have sudden and occasionally shallow breathing 3 weeks ago and now he is starting to have some uncontrolled body movement while he is walking and even sometimes while he is sleeping.

Please get an arterial blood gas analysis. Also consult a paediatrician for a detailed clinical evaluation.
Any history of accidental poisoning, vomiting, fever, rash ,cramps, lung infection is important.
Drug history/ past medical history, bronchial asthma, epilepsy is necessary.
