Breathing problem and vomiting sensation
My father is suffering from breathing problem.he had an open heart surgery in 2018 and a pace maker was placed in 2015 since 4 months he is suffering from breathing issue and not getting sleep at night

Hello,
Is there any chest pain or palpitations or dizziness with this breathing difficulty? Is there any fever cough or cold ? When was his last cardiac checkup done ? Is there any leg swelling? Is he not able to sleep at night because of breathing difficulty? Is his urine output good ? Have you checked his hemoglobin recently? ECG or Echo ? I need to know all above information to decide cause of his breathing problem and treat accordingly
