Breathing Problem
I have a Breath intake problem since 5yrs I have not consulted any doctors till now I use otrivin Adult Nasal spray regularly as it became a addict for me without that I could not sleep my both the nasal's blocks and I use to intake air through month once I use to spray then it get released, I have checked with my family members my father's brother has a same problem also my grandfather was also having a same problem I don't know weather my father was having it because he passed away when I was small, now my question is is this problem comes through family who have this before and is it safe using otrivin regularly or is their any solutions to treat it ?

Hello noted above history and related concerns. As you mentioned allergy and breathing and nasal symptoms are normal and can runs in family as genetic predisposition. Kindly let me know nature and frequency of disease? As very less is available??
