I have continuous breathlessness & mild chest pain since last 5 years. My local chest-specialist doctor prescribed anxiety-related medicines. They helped but only partially. I got ECHO (twice) & TMT tests done during last 14 months to rule out any major Heart problem (all tests normal/negative).
Sometimes, sleeping helps. Sometimes, problem increases during sleep.
This problem has restricted my life seriously, I can't exercise, play etc. Root-cause is still undetected, hence still untreated.
Can someone please help/suggest what I should do ?
Please help.
