My ECG indicates : M MODE & 2-DP PARAMETERS reveal ⁃ Concentric LVH ; All chambers normal ; RWMA - Basal inferior wall and mid interior wall hypokinetic ; Mild LV systolic dysfunction (EF : 44%) ; Normal RV systolic ; Sclerosed aortic valve ; Other valves structurally normal ; No MS/No AS ; IAS/IVS intact ; No clot / vegetation / effusion. Doppler Parameters : Valves - AV - Velocity Max (m/sec) 1.3 Max Grad 7 mm of Hg ; MV - E-0.5 ; A-0.8 ; TV -0.4. Grade I diastolic dysfunction; Mild MR & AR
